Free Resource Terms

These terms apply to the free printable reward charts, learning trackers, certificates, parent resources and other free materials made available through RewardClass Free Resources.

1. Free resources

The resources on this site are provided free of charge for personal, family and educational use. No RewardClass subscription is required to browse or download the free resources shown as available on this site.

2. Permitted use

You may download and print the resources for:

• your own personal or family use;
• use with children in your care;
• use by a teacher with pupils in their own class;
• reasonable educational use by a tutor, childminder or similar professional with the children they directly support.

You may print multiple copies where reasonably needed for those permitted uses.

3. What you must not do

Unless RewardClass gives written permission, you must not:

• sell, license or charge others for the resource files themselves;
• upload or republish the PDFs, previews or other site content on another public website, file-sharing service, marketplace or resource library;
• remove or deliberately obscure RewardClass branding or copyright notices;
• claim the resources as your own work;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or bulk-download the library in a way that places unreasonable load on the site or creates a competing resource library;
• use the resources or site unlawfully.

If you want to share a resource online, please link to its public RewardClass resource page so the recipient can download their own copy.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site, printable designs, text, graphics, previews, branding and other content are owned by RewardClass or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you permission to use the free resources as described above; they do not transfer ownership of the content to you.

5. Educational and parenting use

Reward charts, trackers, certificates and parent resources are general educational and motivational tools. Families and educators should decide whether a resource, reward approach or suggested activity is suitable for the individual child and their circumstances.

We do not guarantee a particular behaviour, learning, wellbeing or educational outcome from using a resource.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, replace, correct, add or remove free resources and site features. We do not guarantee that every resource will remain available permanently or that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Downloads and devices

You are responsible for making sure your device, software and printer are suitable for opening and printing PDF files. We take reasonable care with the resources but cannot guarantee that every file will display or print identically on every device, browser, PDF reader or printer.

8. Links to RewardClass and third parties

This free-resource site links to the main RewardClass learning platform. RewardClass accounts, subscriptions, learning features, points, rewards, payments, cancellation and refunds are governed by the policies that apply to the main RewardClass platform.

The site may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or policies.

9. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, RewardClass is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free resources, or for decisions made by parents, carers, teachers or other adults about how a resource or reward system is used.

10. Misuse

We may restrict access, block automated activity or take other reasonable steps where we believe the site or its resources are being scraped, redistributed, exploited, attacked or otherwise misused.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable consumer law allows.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Free Resource Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
