Privacy Notice
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This notice explains how RewardClass handles information when you use our free reward charts, learning trackers, certificates and related parent resources on this site. The free resources are designed to be used without creating an account, joining a mailing list or giving us a child's name or email address.
1. Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the RewardClass Free Resources area, including free printable reward charts, trackers, certificates, parent resources, resource search pages and downloads.
If you follow a link to the main RewardClass learning platform, create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, the main RewardClass privacy and account processes also apply.
2. Information we may process
Resource downloads
When a printable is downloaded, the site records the resource downloaded, the date and time of the download and the referring page or URL where available. We use this information to understand which resources are useful and to improve the library. The download counter does not require us to store the visitor's IP address in the download record.
Technical and security information
Like most websites, our hosting provider, web server or security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request details, timestamps and security logs. We use this information for hosting, troubleshooting, security, abuse prevention and service reliability.
Contact and support
The free resources site does not currently operate a public email sign-up or contact form. If you choose to contact RewardClass through the main RewardClass service or by email, the information you provide will be handled for the purpose of responding to your request.
External services
The site may load limited assets from trusted providers, such as web fonts. When your browser requests an external asset, the provider may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. We aim to keep third-party services on the free resources site limited.
3. Children
These resources are intended for parents, carers, teachers and children. A child does not need to create an account or provide their name, email address, school, home address, phone number, payment information or precise location in order to browse or download the free resources.
We do not use children's personal data for third-party behavioural advertising on this free resources site.
4. Why we use information
Where UK data protection law applies, we process information only where we have a lawful reason. Depending on the activity, this may include our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the free resources site, responding to requests, preventing misuse and understanding which resources are useful; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where consent is required.
5. Cookies
The public free-resource pages do not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Necessary session cookies may be used for restricted administrative areas and other essential security functions. See our Cookie Notice for more information.
6. Sharing information
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted providers where reasonably necessary to host, secure, maintain or operate the site. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users or the service, or to investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.
7. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we aim to use an appropriate legal mechanism or provider arrangement.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is used, including operating the site, maintaining aggregate download information, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance and resolving disputes. Technical and security logs may have different retention periods depending on the provider and purpose.
9. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, request a copy of certain information, or complain to a data-protection authority.
UK users can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@rewardclass.com.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice if the free resources site, our providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
11. RewardClass
RewardClass Free Resources is part of the wider RewardClass service. Paid subscriptions, parent accounts, child profiles, learning progress, points, rewards and payment processing are handled by the main RewardClass platform under its applicable policies.
