This notice explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on the RewardClass Free Resources site.

1. Public free-resource pages

The public reward-chart, tracker, certificate, search and download pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioural-tracking cookies. We do not currently use a public cookie banner because the supplied free-resources site does not intentionally set non-essential cookies for ordinary visitors.

2. Necessary cookies

Restricted administrative areas use a necessary session cookie so authorised administrators can sign in securely and maintain a session. Necessary cookies may also be used where required for security or essential site functions.

These cookies are used to make the service work and are not used to build advertising profiles.

3. Download counts

Printable download counts are stored on the server. The download counter does not need to place a tracking cookie on your device.

4. External services

The site may load limited external assets, such as web fonts. Those providers may receive ordinary technical request information when your browser connects to them. This is explained further in our Privacy Notice.

5. RewardClass platform

If you follow a link to the main RewardClass learning platform, different cookies may be required for account login, security, subscriptions, payments, preferences or other platform features. The main RewardClass cookie information applies there.

6. Browser controls

You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent restricted or security-related parts of a service from working correctly.

7. If our cookie use changes

If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies on the public free-resources site, we will update this notice and use an appropriate consent mechanism where required by law before those cookies are set.
