These terms apply to the free worksheets, answer sheets, printable materials and other educational resources made available through RewardClass Free Worksheets. This free resource website is operated as part of RewardClass.

1. Permitted educational use

Unless a specific resource says otherwise, you may download and print our free resources for personal, family, home-education, tutoring and classroom use.

Teachers and tutors may print reasonable numbers of copies for the learners they personally teach or support. Parents and carers may print copies for children in their household.

2. What you must not do

You must not, without our written permission:

• sell, license or charge for our downloadable files;
• upload or republish our PDFs, answer sheets, previews or source files on another website, app, marketplace, file-sharing service or resource library;
• remove or obscure RewardClass branding, copyright notices or ownership information;
• present our resources as your own work;
• create a competing worksheet library or commercial product using substantial parts of our content;
• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download the website or resource catalogue; or
• circumvent technical measures used to protect the website or downloadable files.

3. Intellectual property

The website, worksheets, answer sheets, text, graphics, layouts, branding, databases and other content are owned by RewardClass or used with permission and may be protected by copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual-property rights.

Your permission to use a free resource is limited to the educational uses described above. Ownership is not transferred to you.

4. Educational suitability

Age labels and topic descriptions are general guidance. Children develop at different rates and curricula differ between schools and locations. An adult responsible for a learner should decide whether a resource is suitable for that learner.

Resources are provided for practice and educational support. We do not guarantee a particular academic result, school outcome, exam result or improvement from using a worksheet.

This website may contain links or invitations to visit RewardClass.com. The paid RewardClass learning platform is a separate service with its own subscription Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Using a free worksheet does not create a paid RewardClass subscription.

We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, RewardClass is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on free educational resources, or for decisions made by parents, carers, teachers or tutors about a learner’s education.
