PRIVACY
Privacy Notice
Last updated: 4 September 2026
1. Who operates this website
RewardClass Free Worksheets is a free educational resource service operated as part of RewardClass. This notice explains how information is handled when you browse, search, download worksheets or contact us through this website.
For privacy questions or requests, please use our contact page.
2. Information we handle
Worksheet use and aggregate activity
When a worksheet page is viewed, the website may increase an aggregate view counter for that worksheet. This counter is not linked to a named user or account.
If our optional first-party analytics feature is enabled, the website may also record events such as worksheet views, worksheet or answer downloads, collection downloads, search terms and the number of search results. These analytics events are deliberately designed not to store IP addresses, cookie identifiers, session identifiers, referrers or user-agent strings.
Search text may be stored in a shortened, normalised form when analytics is enabled. Please do not put names, contact details or other personal information into the search box.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message that you submit so the site administrator can review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information about a child.
Administrator information
Private administrator accounts use account and session information needed to secure and operate the content-management area. Administrator data is not part of the public worksheet experience.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The public worksheet site is designed to work without advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. A short-lived first-party session cookie may be used on the contact form for form security, CSRF protection and basic rate limiting. Private administrator pages use a separate necessary session cookie.
The optional first-party analytics described above does not rely on a visitor cookie or cross-site identifier. See our Cookie Notice for more information.
4. Why we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and secure the worksheet website;
- serve worksheets, answer sheets and other free resources;
- respond to contact messages;
- understand which resources and searches are useful, where optional first-party analytics is enabled;
- identify technical problems, misuse or security issues; and
- protect our legal rights and comply with applicable law.
5. Lawful bases
Where UK data-protection law applies and information is personal data, we generally rely on legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve the free resource service and to respond to enquiries, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. We may also process information where necessary to take steps at your request or to comply with a legal obligation.
6. Children’s privacy
The worksheets are designed for children, parents, carers, teachers and tutors, but children do not need to create a public account, provide a name or provide an email address to browse or download worksheets.
Children should not enter personal information into the search box or contact form. If a child needs to contact us, we recommend that a parent, guardian, teacher or other responsible adult sends the message for them.
We do not use children’s personal data for third-party behavioural advertising on this worksheet site.
7. Sharing information
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the website, such as hosting, security or technical-support providers, and may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or our legal rights.
8. Retention
Contact messages are stored in the private administrator area and should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Aggregate worksheet counters and privacy-friendly analytics events may be retained for site-performance and content-planning purposes. The administrator can clear the optional analytics event data.
9. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of information we hold about you. Where processing relies on consent, you may also be able to withdraw that consent.
To make a privacy request, use our contact page. We may need enough information to verify the request.
UK users can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if they are unhappy with how personal data has been handled.
10. RewardClass and external websites
This free worksheet site may link to RewardClass.com or other websites. If you follow a link to another service, that service may have its own privacy and cookie information. The paid RewardClass learning platform has additional account, subscription, child-profile and reward processing that does not occur simply because you use this free worksheet site.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Notice when the website, its features or our data practices change. The latest version will be published here with an updated date.
